Those of you who vote by mail have likely received your ballots in the mail, or will be soon if you haven't!! If you live within the LCWM district, you will see two questions on your ballot. Question 1 is asking to RENEW the Technology Levy and question 2 is to RENEW the operating referendum. Please see the flyers with information about the "why's" and the tax impact for property owners with the renewal of these items. As it's currently estimated, it is showing no change in impact to property owners. There are graphs on page two of the flyer showing what the estimated impact would be as well as what some of our surrounding districts' impacts are to their taxpayers. LCWM's is minimal in comparison to those around us, and as stated earlier, not increasing. In short, the questions are to simply CONTINUE our operating referendum and technology levy as we have been doing. If you need more clarification or have any questions on this, please reach out to Superintendent, Mark Westerburg or any of our school board members!

If you don't live in the district you may still get some questions from parents so the school board and admin would like you to be aware of the questions! Please feel free to reach out to Mark or a board member if you have any questions, and/or refer parents to contact Mark or a board member if they question you about it! Secondary lunch today is a spicy or regular chicken patty on a bun, tater tots, fresh veggies, cole slaw, fresh fruit, as well as a side salad with the spring mix lettuce. The second choice main entree is a chicken wrap. Full salads are also an option for a meal. Students are always offered a variety of fruits and vegetables on the salad bar line and can go through that more than once, if they are still hungry after their first time through.
